Kering — Client Services E‑Commerce Assistant (12‑month apprenticeship) in Paris. Assist e‑commerce client services and content updates across Kering Maisons.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Global Group Chat & Socials Project Manager on e‑commerce client services projects and day‑to‑day ‘run’ activities.
  • Track and follow up enhancement requests and contribution tickets; contribute to continuous improvement of client service processes.
  • Define and draft user stories and business requirements to translate client service needs into actionable specifications.
  • Coordinate front‑office contributions for client services and manage update requests for Service Client pages across Group brands.
  • Perform direct, manual content contributions on the e‑commerce sites of Balenciaga, Bottega Veneta, Saint Laurent and McQueen using Salesforce and Contentful.
  • Prepare and configure websites for Employee Sales events across the designated brands.
  • Coordinate transversally with brand teams, the e‑commerce department and client services; produce presentations and syntheses for the CLICS team (survey analyses, internal communications, results summaries).

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a Master 2 (final‑year Master's) programme and eligible for a 12‑month apprenticeship starting September 2026.
  • Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and collaborative platforms (JIRA, Confluence, Googledocs).
  • Strong interpersonal skills, autonomy, proactivity and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Rigour, organisational discipline and capacity for concise synthesis.
  • Genuine interest in digital solutions; previous experience in luxury or customer relations is advantageous but not mandatory.
