Kering Client Insights Intern in Paris — internship supporting client KPIs, BI reporting and data-driven recommendations. English proficiency required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to the implementation and monitoring of core client performance indicators that support growth and customer engagement across Kering and its Houses.
- Develop and deploy recurring client-insight reports and monthly one‑pagers to highlight opportunities and performance gaps at House and regional levels (e.g., VIC, Appointments, Distant Marketing).
- Produce ad‑hoc analyses and tailored reports for Houses, ensuring data accuracy and delivering actionable, business‑driven recommendations.
- Support preparation of presentations and reporting materials for client engagement initiatives and strategic reviews.
- Lead the assessment project of Houses’ relational programmes and formulate strategic recommendations to optimise customer lifecycle management.
- Ensure alignment and reliability of data within Business Intelligence tools, including requirements definition for dashboards and thorough documentation in the data catalog.
- Oversee data quality control processes: identify root causes of data incidents, drive follow‑up and ensure resolution.
- Collaborate closely with CRM teams, data analysts, BI experts and internal BI users to improve tool adoption and reporting efficiency.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline.
- Strong analytical mindset with rigorous attention to numerical detail and the ability to manage multiple concurrent topics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated capacity to work effectively in cross‑functional, international teams.
- Familiarity with data visualisation tools (Tableau or Power BI) is a plus.
- Genuine interest in data‑driven decision‑making and a career orientation towards client analytics.
- Full professional proficiency in English required.

Internship level — suitable for students currently enrolled in a relevant bachelor’s or master’s programme. No specific professional experience is mandated; prior coursework, internship experience or hands‑on exposure to BI tools and data analysis will be advantageous.
