Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and deployment of client insights reports and analyses to enhance performance monitoring and strategic decision-making.
- Create monthly reports to highlight opportunities and gaps at House and regional levels.
- Develop ad-hoc reports and analyses tailored to specific needs, ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights.
- Support the preparation of reports and presentations on client engagement initiatives.
- Lead the assessment of relational programs, providing strategic recommendations to optimize the client lifecycle.
- Ensure data alignment and reliability within Business Intelligence tools to support decision-making processes.
- Assist in defining dashboard requirements, ensuring alignment with key objectives and stakeholder needs.
- Oversee data quality controls, identifying and resolving potential issues.
- Collaborate with internal BI tool users to enhance tool efficiency.
Qualifications
- Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics or a related field.
- Full English proficiency for international communication.

Experience
No prior professional experience required, but a strong interest in data analysis and business intelligence is essential.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in progress in Business Analytics or a related field.
