Kering CITES & Export Certificates Intern in Novara, Italy – 6-month internship supporting customs compliance and export documentation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with CITES and Customs team members on re-export and import certificate issuance
- Manage yellow CITES documentation archiving and EU regulatory compliance
- Support data capturing tools, reporting, and documentation processes
- Participate in industry events and networks to remain current with regulatory developments
- Develop understanding of internal operations and logistics flows to identify tailored solutions for Group brands
- Monitor and stay informed about legislative changes impacting operating countries
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Economics, Business Management, Engineering, or related field (or expected graduation)
- Knowledge of customs and logistics practices through coursework or project experience
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational and attention to detail
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work collaboratively in a team environment

Experience
Studies or project work in customs, logistics, or trade compliance preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree or expected graduation in Economics, Business Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
