Kering — Chief of Staff Intern (Sustainability) in Paris. 6‑month internship starting Sep 2026 supporting the Group Sustainability Director.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Chief of Staff to the Group Sustainability Director in daily operational tasks and strategic follow-up.
  • Prepare briefing notes, executive presentations and speaking notes for internal and external engagements.
  • Coordinate the Directorate’s academic and university partnerships: contribute to programme development, track collaborative projects with academic teams and liaise with Communications to valorise partnerships.
  • Monitor and track the Group’s sustainability strategy and provide support to team members on cross-functional projects.
  • Animate and support the internal sustainability community across the Group and its maisons.
  • Organise internal and external events tied to sustainability initiatives, including logistics and stakeholder coordination.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a gap-year (césure) or in a Master 2 (M2) programme at a business school or university.
  • Strong interest in sustainability and its application within the luxury and fashion sectors.
  • Demonstrated aptitude for project coordination and external partnership management.
  • Excellent analytical, synthesis and written communication skills; strong presentation capability.
  • High level of discretion, adaptability and professional maturity.
  • Fluent in French and English; proficiency in Italian is a plus.

Experience
