Kering Central Operations Packaging Support role in Novara, Italy. Fixed-term position managing packaging, logistics, and supplier coordination. €26,000 base salary.
Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise and respond to daily requests related to industrial packaging and branded items, collaborating with GXO to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
- Accurately enter and monitor orders into Excel spreadsheets, ensuring timely and precise purchasing operations
- Coordinate merchandise pick-up and delivery schedules, optimizing logistics to reduce costs and improve efficiency
- Conduct quality controls on materials and address claims in accordance with operational standards
- Collect data, requirements, and specifications to support the annual sustainability declaration and reporting
- Evaluate and specify materials, identifying and selecting qualified suppliers that meet quality and business requirements
- Monitor and analyze supplier KPIs, SLA compliance, and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities and optimize collaboration
- Utilize the Esker platform to verify data accuracy and ensure compliance with business requirements
- Support continuous improvement of warehouse processes related to packaging, faulty items, stock checks, and inbound flows
- Negotiate pricing and terms for logistics material supplies
- Conduct comprehensive audits of suppliers to assess quality, compliance, and delivery timelines, implementing corrective measures as necessary
Qualifications
- Graduate degree in Engineering, Economics, or related discipline
- Professional experience in supply chain and operations, ideally within the fashion or luxury goods industry
- Familiarity with logistics operations processes and warehouse management
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Italian
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and set clear operational objectives
- Proactive mindset with proven ability to maintain oversight across diverse activities

Experience
Professional experience in supply chain and operations field, ideally in the fashion industry with demonstrated familiarity with logistics operations processes and warehouse coordination.
Education
Graduate degree in Engineering, Economics, or related studies.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Novara, Piedmont, Italy, with easy access to Milan.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position is EUR 26,000 per annum.
