Kering Central Operations Consumables Procurement Specialist in Novara, Italy. Manage packaging procurement and supplier coordination across B2B/B2C logistics flows.
Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise and respond to daily requests related to industrial packaging and branded items, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency in coordination with GXO
- Accurately enter orders into Excel spreadsheets and monitor order confirmations to ensure timely and precise purchasing operations
- Coordinate merchandise pick-up and delivery schedules to optimize logistics and reduce operational costs
- Conduct quality controls on materials and address supplier claims
- Collect data, requirements, and material specifications to support the Sustainability team on annual sustainability declarations
- Monitor and analyze supplier KPIs to evaluate performance, SLAs, and identify improvement opportunities
- Evaluate material specifications and identify qualified suppliers that meet quality standards and business requirements
- Negotiate pricing and terms for logistics and material supplies
- Conduct thorough audits of suppliers to assess quality, compliance, delivery timelines, and implement corrective measures
- Utilize the Esker platform to verify data accuracy and ensure compliance with business requirements
- Support continuous improvement of warehouse processes related to packaging, faulty goods management, stock checks, and inbound flows
Qualifications
- Graduate degree in Engineering, Economics, or related field
- Professional experience in supply chain and operations, preferably within the fashion or luxury goods industry
- Familiarity with logistics operations processes and packaging materials
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken

Compensation
