Kering seeks a Category Platform Data Analyst in Scandicci to provide reliable data, analyses, and performance insights for its Category Platforms, supporting allocation, capacity, supplier monitoring, dashboards, and platform governance. The role requires 3–5 years of relevant analytical experience and a master’s degree; Italian and English fluency is required, with French a plus. The indicative starting compensation is €30,000 gross annually, with an annual bonus opportunity; the role is subject to the National Collective Labour Agreement for workers in the leather and related industries and umbrella manufacturing.
Role & Responsibilities
- Collect, consolidate, and maintain brand data inputs, including volume requirements, allocation proposals, reallocations, and capacity information.
- Ensure platform data accuracy, consistency, and transparency across brands and categories, serving as a reference point for data reliability.
- Analyze volume allocation and capacity utilization across internal assets, joint ventures, and suppliers, identifying risks, bottlenecks, and deviations.
- Report internal asset capacity deviations from agreed allocation plans to the Mutualized Production Assets Lead.
- Provide analytical views and scenario simulations to support platform-level discussions and decision-making.
- Analyze supplier performance data across key operational KPIs, supporting preferred-supplier monitoring and performance tracking over time.
- Develop, maintain, and improve platform dashboards and KPI reporting, primarily using Power BI and Excel.
- Prepare clear, executive-ready analyses and presentations for platform governance and alignment discussions.
- Support the Platform PMO and the Direct Procurement Lead or Mutualized Production Assets Lead with structured data, analyses, and insights, without owning decisions or execution.
- Contribute to standardizing indicators, reporting logic, and data models across platforms and brands.
- Support continuous-improvement initiatives to increase data quality, transparency, and analytical effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to structure, analyze, and synthesize complex operational and supply data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI, with the ability to build and maintain robust dashboards and reports.
- Comfort working with recurring data cycles, including monthly allocation, capacity monitoring, and supplier performance tracking.
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Supply Chain, Operations, Statistics, or a related quantitative discipline.
- Ability to translate data into clear, business-oriented insights for senior stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented, structured, and reliable, with a strong sense of data discipline.
- Proactive and collaborative, and comfortable working in a multi-brand, matrix organization.
- Curious and eager to learn within a complex and evolving operational model.
- Fluent in Italian and English; French is a plus.
