Kering seeks Category Platform Data Analyst in Milano to support operational analytics, data consolidation, and strategic decision-making across luxury platforms.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Collect, consolidate, and maintain Brands' data inputs, including volume requirements, allocation proposals, reallocations, and capacity information
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and transparency of platform data across Brands and Categories, serving as reference point for data reliability
  • Analyze volume allocation and capacity utilization across internal assets, joint ventures, and suppliers, identifying risks, bottlenecks, and deviations
  • Report internal assets' capacity deviations from agreed allocation plans to the Mutualized Production Assets Lead
  • Provide analytical views and scenario simulations to support platform-level discussions and decision-making
  • Analyze supplier performance data across key operational KPIs, supporting preferred supplier monitoring and performance tracking
  • Develop, maintain, and improve platform dashboards and KPI reporting using Power BI and Excel
  • Prepare clear, executive-ready analyses and presentations supporting Platform governance and alignment discussions
  • Support the Platform PMO and Direct Procurement lead by supplying structured data, analyses, and insights
  • Contribute to standardization of indicators, reporting logic, and data models across Platforms and Brands
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase data quality, transparency, and analytical effectiveness

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Engineering, Economics, Supply Chain, Operations, Statistics, or related quantitative discipline
  • Prior experience in data analysis, operations analytics, supply chain, consulting, or similar analytical environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI with ability to build and maintain robust dashboards
  • Strong analytical mindset with capability to structure, analyze, and synthesize complex operational and supply data
  • Ability to translate data into clear, business-oriented insights for senior stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented with strong sense of data discipline and organizational structure
  • Collaborative approach suitable for multi-brand, matrix organizations
  • Fluency in Italian and English; French preferred

Compensation

The base compensation for this position is EUR 30,000 per annum.
