Kering is hiring a Business Strategy and Market Intelligence Analyst in Dubai to lead market research, competitive analysis and strategic insights for MEA.
Role & Responsibilities
- Collect, collate and synthesise local market, competitor and consumer data to identify trends, opportunities and threats across product lines and markets.
- Acquire and maintain relevant business intelligence sources, subscriptions and databases; ensure data quality and consistency through cleaning and validation.
- Commission and coordinate primary research and source secondary research to address brand-specific strategic questions.
- Structure, prepare and present actionable research and analysis to the President Kering MEA, senior management and Group Brands.
- Build holistic business unit and market profiles including performance diagnostics, competitive benchmarking and prioritisation of growth levers.
- Develop and deliver real-time market intelligence reporting, benchmarking and visual dashboards to support regional decision-making and strategic initiatives.
- Lead ad hoc strategic projects and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to translate insights into recommendations and implementation plans.
- Monitor cost drivers, material fluctuations and external factors that impact pricing, distribution and supply across the region.
Qualifications
- BSc in Business, Marketing, Statistics, Finance, Economics or a related field.
- 1–3 years' experience in market intelligence, business intelligence or market research with exposure to financial structuring, pricing and competitive analysis.
- Strong numerical aptitude, attention to detail and ability to own projects from end to end.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience influencing senior stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects and collaborate across regional teams.

Experience
At least 1–3 years of relevant professional experience in market and business intelligence, market research or a closely related function. Experience should include conducting primary and secondary research, competitive and pricing analysis, preparing presentations for senior management and managing cross-functional projects across multiple markets.
Education
BSc in Business, Marketing, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or related discipline.
