Kering seeks a Business Planning and Brand Value Chain Intern in Trecate (Novara), Italy. Support performance analysis, KPI monitoring, and value chain optimization across luxury brands.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the preparation and consolidation of business reports and performance dashboards
- Analyze operational and financial KPIs to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Assist in coordinating cross-functional projects involving Supply Chain, Merchandising, Logistics, Finance, and other stakeholders
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of reporting tools and planning frameworks
- Support data collection, validation, and analysis activities to ensure information accuracy and consistency
- Prepare presentations and insights to support management decision-making processes
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on value chain efficiency and business performance
Qualifications
- Graduate or soon-to-graduate in Management Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Statistics, or STEM-related fields
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI knowledge considered a plus
- Fluency in English and Italian, both spoken and written
- Interest in business planning, performance analysis, value chain management, and data-driven decision making

Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Management Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Statistics, or STEM-related disciplines.
