Kering seeks a Business and Contracts Lawyer intern in Paris to support commercial contracts and legal matters.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the EMEA Operations Legal Director and advise headquarters teams—including Procurement, Communications, Human Resources, Finance, General Services, Environment, Innovation, Real Estate and Construction—and the Kering Foundation on a broad range of legal matters.
  • Analyse, draft and negotiate varied commercial contracts, including procurement, service provision, consulting, partnerships, R&D, sponsorship, events, commercial leases, NDAs, letters of intent and amendments.
  • Draft legal memoranda and conduct research on practical matters.
  • Assist with the preparation of litigation and pre-litigation files.
  • Prepare commercial-law training materials and internal communications.

Qualifications

  • Currently studying for a Master 2 degree in business law.
  • Ideally, initial experience in a law firm or in-house.
  • Rigorous and committed approach to work.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to work with multidisciplinary and international teams.
  • Very good written and spoken English.
