Kering seeks a Business Analyst in Milan to support business performance, operational excellence and strategic decision-making through analysis, reporting, stakeholder engagement and process improvement. The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience and offers an indicative starting compensation of €32,500, an annual bonus opportunity under the company internal agreement, and the National Collective Labour Agreement for workers in the leather and related industries, umbrellas and parasols.
Role & Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret business data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Monitor and report on key business performance indicators (KPIs).
- Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations for management and stakeholders.
- Support decision-making through quantitative and qualitative analysis.
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand objectives, challenges, and requirements.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather and document business needs.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.

Qualifications
- Graduated in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Fluent in English; Italian is considered a plus.
- Experience working in cross-functional and international environments is preferred.
- Experience with business transformation or digital projects is a plus.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or other Business Intelligence tools.
- Understanding of ERP and CRM systems.
- Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and familiarity with process mapping and business modeling techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.
