Kering seeks a Budget Consolidation Assistant (Sustainability intern) in Paris — six-month internship supporting budget tracking, procurement processes and ESG reporting.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the consolidation and ongoing budget monitoring for the Sustainability Directorate during a six-month internship.
  • Prepare and maintain budget tracking and management dashboards to monitor spend, forecasts and variances.
  • Manage spend-engagement processes: verify NDAs and contracts, ensure supplier profiles are created in internal systems, and track purchase requests, purchase orders and invoicing.
  • Contribute to drafting and collating inputs for ESG ratings and rankings responses handled by the Sustainability team.
  • Maintain meticulous archival of financial and contractual documents (invoices, contracts, quotes) within Outlook and Excel.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a business school or equivalent university programme (required).
  • Comfortable with numerical analysis and budgetary data.
  • Strong command of Excel including PivotTables; Power BI knowledge is a plus.
  • Proficient with Outlook and standard office tools.
  • High rigour in data management and confidentiality; demonstrated discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Responsive, adaptable, persistent and diplomatic interpersonal style.
  • Good command of English for internal stakeholders and foreign suppliers.

Experience
