Kering seeks a Budget Consolidation Assistant (Sustainability intern) in Paris — six-month internship supporting budget tracking, procurement processes and ESG reporting.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the consolidation and ongoing budget monitoring for the Sustainability Directorate during a six-month internship.
- Prepare and maintain budget tracking and management dashboards to monitor spend, forecasts and variances.
- Manage spend-engagement processes: verify NDAs and contracts, ensure supplier profiles are created in internal systems, and track purchase requests, purchase orders and invoicing.
- Contribute to drafting and collating inputs for ESG ratings and rankings responses handled by the Sustainability team.
- Maintain meticulous archival of financial and contractual documents (invoices, contracts, quotes) within Outlook and Excel.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a business school or equivalent university programme (required).
- Comfortable with numerical analysis and budgetary data.
- Strong command of Excel including PivotTables; Power BI knowledge is a plus.
- Proficient with Outlook and standard office tools.
- High rigour in data management and confidentiality; demonstrated discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Responsive, adaptable, persistent and diplomatic interpersonal style.
- Good command of English for internal stakeholders and foreign suppliers.

Experience
Student-level internship: enrolled in a business or equivalent university programme. Prior internship experience in finance, accounting, procurement or sustainability reporting is advantageous but not mandatory.
