Kering seeks a Brand Insights Senior Manager in Paris to lead consumer research and market strategy at Group level.
Role & Responsibilities
- Propose and formalize research project frameworks, including objectives, timing, and resource allocation; participate actively in project briefing
- Design and deploy appropriate research methodologies (including social listening and 360-degree data collection) to validate research hypotheses
- Plan and execute comprehensive consumer studies while maintaining rigorous quality control standards and ensuring result reliability
- Analyze research findings and synthesize consumer data into meaningful, forward-looking insights; proactively champion consumer voice in internal strategic decision-making
- Lead external research agencies on consumer studies initiatives; ensure strict adherence to Group methods, standards, and compliance requirements; cultivate and maintain productive agency partnerships
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders using agile, collaborative Group tools and best-practice methodologies
- Develop annual Insights plans by prioritizing topics, selecting key research areas, and mobilizing appropriate resources
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience in consumer insights, market research, or related field
- Demonstrated expertise in leading multi-dimensional Insights and Foresight research initiatives in the consumer industry (luxury experience strongly preferred)
- Fluency in English and French
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to interact confidently with senior-level stakeholders
- High intellectual curiosity with capacity to rapidly synthesize diverse, complex information
- International openness and proven ability to thrive in multicultural environments
