Kering seeks Brand Activations Manager in Paris to develop brand strategy, coordinate communication projects, and manage activations across luxury Maisons.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular market analyses to identify emerging trends, competitive positioning, and growth opportunities within the luxury sector
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to reinforce brand identity and market presence across communication territories
  • Establish and cultivate strategic partnerships to strengthen Kering's brand position across designated communication channels
  • Coordinate cross-functional communication projects to ensure consistency and coherence across internal teams and external partners
  • Support the events team on key initiatives, particularly those aligned with coordinated projects
  • Manage transversal projects involving multiple Maisons within the Group
  • Administer allocated budgets with optimization strategies to maximize impact and return on investment
  • Analyse performance metrics for all brand activations and produce comprehensive reporting to evaluate results and inform strategic adjustments

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience in communications, ideally within luxury and fashion sectors
  • Established networks within culture, luxury, fashion, architecture, publishing, and media industries
  • Demonstrated expertise in cross-functional project management and strategic planning
  • Strong organizational, operational, and interpersonal capabilities
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data collection and performance evaluation
  • Leadership skills with capacity to manage and inspire teams
  • Fluent in English and French; Italian proficiency preferred
