Role & Responsibilities
- Support the European sales team in daily activities and performance tracking.
- Assist in the preparation of business reviews and coordinate marketing and training actions.
- Ensure the monitoring of marketing actions and contribute to reporting.
- Consolidate sales forecasts across various markets.
- Conduct competitive analyses and market trend monitoring.
- Maintain and update the list of e-retailers.
- Perform weekly checks to ensure online content compliance with brand guidelines.
- Conduct regular price checks to ensure consistency across platforms.
- Monitor grey market activities and maintain internal tracking tools.
- Collaborate with the legal department to address and resolve identified issues.
- Participate in the preparation of business review materials and client meeting documents.
- Contribute to the collection, consolidation, and analysis of sales data.
- Assist in the preparation and follow-up of market visits.
- Aid in the organization and coordination of training sessions, including logistics and trainer support.
- Manage the dispatch of product samples and marketing materials.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a business school or university, preferably at the Master's level.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in another European language is advantageous.
- Demonstrated interest in sales, marketing, and the beauty/luxury/FMCG sectors.
Skills
Experience
No prior experience required, but a strong interest in sales and marketing within the beauty or luxury sectors is preferred.
Education
Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business or related field.
