Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming, advising, and building loyalty with discerning clients through personalized and memorable experiences.
- Achieve sales targets by implementing targeted commercial actions, including upselling and cross-selling.
- Master the olfactory universe of Creed and convey this passion to clients.
- Ensure product presentation aligns with brand standards and create a unique olfactory environment in the store.
- Organize events and workshops to enhance brand image and drive store traffic.
- Analyze sales results, identify opportunities, and propose improvement actions.
- Manage inventory and participate in stocktaking.
Qualifications
- Significant experience as a sales advisor in the fragrance industry.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French; knowledge of a third language is advantageous.
