Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in the administration of Jira & Confluence Cloud and Data Center during the migration phase.
- Contribute to the configuration of spaces, projects, workflows, views, and permissions.
- Assist in creating dashboards and implementing basic automations.
- Support the global delivery of the Atlassian service for Kering Technologies & Digital.
- Help explore and integrate agentic capabilities within the Atlassian ecosystem.
- Participate in prioritizing and tracking internal requests and managing the Atlassian platform backlog.
- Contribute to functional documentation and governance standards.
- Present collaborative tools to internal teams and Group Maisons.
- Support users in daily usage and best practice adoption.
- Prepare and facilitate workshops, demonstrations, or meetings.
Qualifications
- Master 2 student in Information Systems Management or equivalent.
- Strong interest in collaborative tools, project management, and IT environments.
- Understanding of key IT service concepts (support, governance, ITIL).
- Motivation to learn the Atlassian ecosystem and platform product management.
- Strong operational English (written and spoken).
Skills
Experience
No prior experience required, but a first experience with Jira/Confluence or similar tools is a plus.
Education
Master 2 in Information Systems Management or equivalent.
