Role & Responsibilities
- Process invoices within service level agreements (SLAs).
- Escalate problematic invoices promptly.
- Resolve transaction issues in a timely manner.
- Handle period, quarter, and year-end processing activities.
- Address inquiries from end markets.
- Assist in implementing new processes and maintaining Accounts Payable policies.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for process efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and accounting principles.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and address their issues.
- Enhance team interaction and optimize effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Diploma with a minimum of 1 year of work experience or a degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
- Basic knowledge of accounting concepts and expenditure cycle rules.
- Proficiency in SAP and other financial systems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication skills in English, both oral and written.

Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience or fresh graduates with a degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
Education
Diploma or Degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
