Kering Shanghai seeks an experienced AI Product Manager to drive internal platform strategy, roadmap execution, and cross-functional delivery.
Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business units to gather, analyze, and prioritize product requirements; synthesize inputs from engineering and governance to build and maintain a clear, actionable product backlog and iteration plans
- Maintain, communicate, and regularly update the detailed product roadmap; clearly document project status, priorities, dependencies, and trade-offs for all stakeholders and core team partners
- Write clear, detailed Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and user stories; partner closely with AI Development Engineers on technical solution design and proactively identify governance requirements during the design phase
- Define, instrument, and monitor key feature-level and operational metrics; analyze user feedback, support tickets, and usage data to generate actionable insights for product iteration and report regularly on performance and business impact
- Create and maintain user documentation, training materials, and how-to guides; provide direct support to internal users, champion their needs within the product process, and foster a positive community around the AI platform
Qualifications
- 4–6 years of product management experience with a proven track record of shipping and iterating on complex features for data-intensive products, technical platforms, or internal tools
- Working understanding of key stages in the AI/ML lifecycle, including data requirements, model evaluation, and deployment considerations
- Strong project management and organizational skills with demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional tasks to completion in a collaborative environment
- Ability to define metrics, analyze data, and use insights to guide product decisions and report on impact
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
Skills
Experience
4–6 years of product management experience with close collaboration with engineering teams on complex, data-intensive products or internal tools. Applied knowledge of AI/ML lifecycle stages; hands-on experience with or strong curiosity about Large Language Models and application patterns such as RAG and agents is advantageous. Direct experience building internal platforms, developer tools, or AI/ML platforms preferred. Background in high-growth tech environments undergoing AI transformation is valued.
