Kering — Paris: AI Client Service Developer Intern (6-month internship, Customer Care Tech) starting Sept 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design, prototype, test and integrate AI-driven features into Salesforce Service Cloud in collaboration with the Customer Care Tech development team.
- Develop proofs of concept (POCs) to explore novel AI use cases for customer service automation and experience enhancement.
- Prepare and preprocess data, participate in model training, fine-tuning and performance evaluation for NLP and LLM-based solutions.
- Document technical solutions, produce implementation notes and share learnings with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Maintain an active technological watch on developments in AI, machine learning, large language models and Salesforce innovations and propose new ideas to the team.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s programme in computer science, data science, artificial intelligence or a related discipline.
- Proven programming ability in Python, JavaScript and/or Apex.
- Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts and tools, including NLP, LLMs, TensorFlow and PyTorch.
- Interest in Salesforce technologies; prior exposure to Salesforce Service Cloud is an advantage.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and an aptitude for applied experimentation.
- Fluent written and spoken English and the ability to operate in an international, multicultural environment.
- Available for a 6-month internship beginning September 2026 and able to work collaboratively in a team setting.

No minimum professional experience required; academic projects, research or previous internships in AI/ML, NLP or Salesforce implementations are advantageous and will be considered positively.

Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, data science, artificial intelligence, or a related field.
