Kering — Paris: AI Client Service Developer Intern (6-month internship) to build AI features in Salesforce Service Cloud for the Customer Care Tech team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design, prototype and implement AI-driven features within Salesforce Service Cloud in collaboration with the Customer Care Tech team.
- Develop Proofs of Concept to explore new customer-service use cases leveraging LLMs and machine learning.
- Prepare and preprocess datasets; participate in model training, fine-tuning and performance evaluation.
- Integrate and test code in production-like environments, following best practices for quality and security.
- Document technical solutions, produce implementation notes and present learnings to stakeholders.
- Conduct continuous technological watch on AI/ML, LLMs and Salesforce innovations and propose new ideas.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s programme in computer science, data science, artificial intelligence or a related field.
- Proven programming ability in Python, JavaScript or Apex through coursework, projects or internships.
- Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts and tools, including NLP, LLMs, TensorFlow and/or PyTorch.
- Interest in Salesforce technologies; prior exposure to Salesforce Service Cloud is a strong advantage.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) to operate effectively in an international environment.
- Curious, proactive and able to collaborate within a multicultural technical team.

Experience
Internship-level: currently pursuing relevant higher-education studies with practical project experience in programming and applied machine learning; prior internships or academic projects involving model development, data preparation or Salesforce integrations are advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, data science, artificial intelligence or a closely related discipline.
