Role & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with developers to design, test, and integrate AI features within Salesforce Service Cloud.
  • Participate in the development of Proofs of Concept (POC) to explore innovative use cases.
  • Contribute to data preparation, model training, tuning, and performance evaluation.
  • Document technical solutions and share insights with stakeholders.
  • Maintain active awareness of the latest advancements in AI, Machine Learning, LLM, and Salesforce innovations to bring new ideas to the team.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in computer science, data science, artificial intelligence, or a related field.

Skills

Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or Apex. Good understanding of AI/ML concepts and tools (NLP, LLMs, TensorFlow, PyTorch). Interest in Salesforce technologies; prior knowledge of Service Cloud is a plus. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Experience

No prior professional experience required, but a strong academic background in relevant fields is essential.

Education

Currently pursuing a degree in computer science, data science, artificial intelligence, or a related field.
