Kering — AI Application Support Intern (SAP) in Paris: 6‑month internship starting Sept 2026 to deploy and maintain an AI platform for SAP users.
Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in deployment of the AI platform to SAP users: prepare meetings, execute tests (UAT) and perform platform configuration.
- Maintain the AI platform and associated training‑document repositories, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Implement performance indicators and design regular reporting to track adoption and operational health.
- Apply architecture and security standards when evolving the platform and introducing new features.
- Support end users and collaborate with cross‑functional teams (business stakeholders, IT, security) to resolve issues and capture improvement requirements.
- Contribute to iterative enhancement of the platform based on feedback and performance data.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Master’s programme (Bac+5) in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent with a specialization in AI.
- Availability for a 6‑month internship starting September 2026 as part of the academic curriculum.
- Service‑oriented mindset with strong collaborative and communication skills.
- Professional proficiency in English, written and spoken.

Experience
No prior professional experience is strictly required; the role is designed for a Master’s student completing an internship. Practical exposure to IT support, platform deployment or AI projects during studies or prior internships is advantageous.
Education
Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
