Kering After-Sales Operations Specialist, Hong Kong – 4-month contract managing shipments, spare parts inventory, and logistics coordination. English & Cantonese required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Handle complete shipping documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, and freight bookings
- Monitor shipment schedules daily and track incoming/outgoing shipments to resolve delays or customs clearance issues
- Maintain and share accurate shipment records in systems to ensure end-to-end traceability for all after-sales transactions
- Communicate shipment status updates to internal stakeholders including stores, headquarters, and regional offices
- Process spare parts orders for repairs from creation through delivery confirmation
- Prepare and maintain spare parts reports (daily, weekly, monthly) for management review
- Liaise with stores and headquarters team regarding parts availability, backorder updates, and special requests
- Monitor spare parts inventory levels and accuracy
- Update all tickets promptly in the system to maintain process traceability
- Collaborate with the team to achieve team and global KPIs including repair lead time, inventory accuracy, and shipment lead time
Qualifications
- Experience in logistics, shipping coordination, inventory management, or after-sales support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including VLOOKUP, data sorting, and filtering
- Strong customer service mindset to handle inquiries effectively and professionally
- Detail-oriented with sensitivity to accuracy and numerical data
- Fluent command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
Skills
Experience
Experience in logistics, shipping coordination, inventory management, or after-sales support is advantageous. Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Education
