Kering After Sales Operations Intern in Singapore. Support service requests, customer claims, and regional operations across multiple luxury brands.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the After Sales team in managing service requests using system tools for product damage claims, exchanges, and returns
- Log, track, and update service cases accurately in the system and communicate with brand stores regarding service updates and timelines
- Handle stakeholder enquiries through the service system and coordinate follow-ups with 3PL and repair vendors at headquarters
- Support preparation of regular reports on common service issues, product recalls, and customer feedback
- Ensure proper documentation and filing on shared drives and perform ad-hoc tasks related to the After Sales function
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing undergraduate studies, preferably in Supply Chain or a related field
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Detail-oriented with effective time management
Skills
Experience
Currently pursuing undergraduate studies with preference for Supply Chain or related discipline; entry-level exposure to customer service or operations environments is advantageous.
Education
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree programme, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or a related field.
