The After Sales Front Office Representative in Novara, Italy, is responsible for delivering exceptional post-sale customer service, ensuring adherence to company policies. The role involves analyzing customer requests, managing tickets, and coordinating with various After Sales functions. Fluency in English and Italian, along with a bachelor's degree and experience in customer service, are required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Analyze customer requests and ensure timely feedback in collaboration with After Sales functions.
- Open, receive, and evaluate tickets for technical issues, estimating costs and repair times.
- Reroute tickets and manage damaged products, including spare parts ordering and planning.
- Escalate requests as needed and resolve tickets efficiently.
- Monitor the After Sales process to ensure SLA compliance and process traceability.
- Ensure adherence to brand policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in Customer Service or After Sales
- Fluent in English and Italian
