Kering seeks an After Sales and Reverse Process Engineer in Trecate, Italy to design and optimize global reverse logistics and after-sales processes.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive process improvement across After Sales and Reverse Logistics processes, systems and operating models, including cross-regional inventory rebalancing
- Analyze business needs and translate them into functional requirements, process improvements and system evolutions
- Coordinate and support testing, deployment and go-live activities for new solutions and process implementations
- Develop and maintain operating procedures, governance documentation and process standards
- Define KPIs and develop reporting tools to monitor process performance and support data-driven decision making
- Deliver training and provide support to regional teams and operational stakeholders
- Support operational governance of key After Sales and Reverse Logistics processes, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and timely resolution of process-related issues
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in Supply Chain, After Sales, Reverse Logistics, Process Engineering or Business Process Management
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data, business processes and information systems
- Demonstrated interest in process design, project management, logistics and operational excellence
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a complex international environment
- Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities and excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI, SAP or Salesforce knowledge is advantageous
Skills
Experience
3–5 years in Supply Chain, After Sales, Reverse Logistics, Process Engineering or Business Process Management roles, with demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder coordination and drive process improvements in international environments.
Education
Master's degree in Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related field.
Workplace
This position is based in Trecate, Piedmont, Italy, within easy reach of Milan.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position is EUR 32,000 per annum.
