Kering — Accounts Receivable Intern in Mexico City: support invoicing, reconciliations and collections for boutique sales and PDH processes.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute daily sales reconciliations between PDH and POS systems; identify discrepancies and follow up with Store Directors and PDH teams.
- Support bi‑weekly preparation of PDH invoices, credit notes and complementary payments in compliance with fiscal requirements.
- Review boutique sales activity to ensure bank deposits align with payment methods and POS records; perform daily bank statement reviews for sales and collections reconciliation.
- Prepare and support journal entries in Contpaq related to sales, commissions and collections.
- Download scheduled payments from the PDH portal weekly and invoices from the SAT portal monthly to support reconciliations and documentation.
- Maintain accurate accounts receivable documentation, ensuring compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
- Assist with the monthly update of sales files used for boutique rent payments and review PDH bonifications for correct accounting treatment.
- Collaborate with Accounting and Financial Operations teams to propose and implement process improvements and efficiency initiatives.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
- Familiarity with accounts receivable processes, invoicing, credit notes and collections preferred but not required.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer literacy.
- Detail‑oriented, analytical, able to prioritise tasks and work with tight deadlines.
- Effective communicator with a team‑oriented mindset and high professional integrity.
- Proficiency in English (equivalent to ~80% or intermediate‑advanced level).

Experience
No prior professional experience is required; internship experience or coursework related to accounting, invoicing or receivables is an advantage.
Education
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related discipline.
