Kering Accounts Receivable Accountant role in Courbevoie, France. Join the EMEA Client Accounting Platform handling receivables, invoicing, and reconciliation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Integrate, verify, and reconcile retail boutique and department store sales transactions, as well as inter-company transfers
- Generate invoices for department stores, subsidiaries, and other clients with accurate billing documentation
- Monitor, record, and reconcile customer cash receipts and banking operations in coordination with other departments
- Justify and reconcile client accounts, cash receipt accounts, sales accounts, and other revenue-related accounts
- Track overdue receivables and execute collection follow-ups to ensure timely payment
- Verify banking operation entries and ensure timely integration in accordance with departmental guidelines
- Execute monthly close procedures, including flash sales reporting, inter-company reconciliations, account justifications, and provision calculations
- Participate in year-end close processes, annual audits, budget preparation, and special projects as required
Qualifications
- Education in finance or accounting
- First professional experience gained through internship and/or apprenticeship in a similar role within a corporate or accounting firm environment
- Strong technical accounting competency, organizational skills, and analytical capability with proven ability to work collaboratively in team settings
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with familiarity with SAP systems
- Fluent in both English and French; proficiency in a third European language is advantageous

First professional experience, including internship and/or apprenticeship in a similar accounts receivable or client accounting role within a corporate or accounting firm environment.
Education
Formal education in finance, accounting, or a related financial discipline.
