Kering seeks an Accounts Payable Accountant in Paris to manage vendor invoicing and payments across European entities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Process and verify supplier invoices received via Esker, ensuring proper accounting and cost center allocation
- Perform three-way matching between purchase orders, goods receipts, and vendor invoices
- Reconcile vendor accounts and manage supplier follow-up for anomalies and discrepancies
- Prepare and execute payment campaigns for vendors, inter-company transactions, and FEBAN processing in SAP
- Verify and control payments before authorization and monitor payment settlement and dispute resolution
- Process and analyze bank statements via FEBAN format within SAP
- Participate in monthly and annual accounting close processes
- Prepare and analyze provisions related to vendor accounts
- Support vendor account justification and variance analysis
- Monitor and analyze debit balances and vendor account statements
- Manage auditor requests and prepare supporting documentation
- Review and control expense reports via Concur in accordance with company policy
- Track and manage reimbursements and investigate expense anomalies
Qualifications
- Baccalaureate +2 or +3 in accounting (BTS Comptabilité et Gestion, DCG, Licence professionnelle Comptabilité, or equivalent)
- Minimum 3 years of accounts payable experience, ideally in an international environment
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Experience with Esker preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail with precision and efficiency in execution
- Strong analytical skills and ability to identify and resolve accounting variances
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with diverse stakeholders
- Fluent in both English and French

Experience
Minimum 3 years of accounts payable experience, preferably acquired in a professional services firm or corporate environment with international exposure.
Education
Baccalaureate +2 or +3 in accounting (BTS Comptabilité et Gestion, DCG, Licence professionnelle Comptabilité, or equivalent qualification).
