Kering seeks an Accounting Intern in Scandicci, Italy to support financial operations and invoice processing within its luxury group headquarters.
Role & Responsibilities
- Process self-invoices, supplier invoices, and proforma invoices
- Administer financial data in SAP, with proficiency in business intelligence tools such as Insight as an advantage
- Reconcile and clear transitory accounts
- Support payment processing activities
- Monitor and track order-to-cash cycles, including invoice and payment approvals
- Post and issue invoices, execute allocations, and conduct cost evaluations
- Assist with inter-company account reconciliations
- Collaborate with the controlling department to support monthly reporting, budget preparation, and forecast activities
Qualifications
- Successful completion of studies in Finance, Management, Business, or a related discipline
- Sound understanding of General Accounting principles and local Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAPs)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel
- Fluent in Italian and English

Experience
Students or recent graduates with foundational knowledge of accounting principles and practical coursework in finance or business administration are encouraged to apply.
Education
Degree or coursework in progress in Finance, Management, Business, or a closely related field.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Scandicci, Tuscany, Italy, with easy access to Florence.
