Role & Responsibilities
- Process self-invoices, supplier invoices, and proforma documents.
- Administer financial data using SAP and BI tools, with Insight as a plus.
- Reconcile and clear transitory accounts.
- Support payment processing activities.
- Monitor order cycles, invoices, and payment approvals.
- Post and issue invoices, and conduct allocation and cost evaluations.
- Assist in inter-company reconciliations.
- Collaborate with the controlling department to support monthly reporting and budget/forecast activities.
Qualifications
- Successful completion of studies in Finance, Management, Business, or a related field.
Skills
Experience
No prior experience required, but relevant academic background in finance or related fields is essential.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Management, Business, or a related field.
