Kering is seeking an Accounting Assistant Intern for a six-month internship starting in March 2027, within its EMEA R2R team supporting retail entities. The intern will assist with accounting operations, account reviews, tax packages and statutory reporting while contributing to process improvement and stakeholder coordination.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day accounting, including fixed-asset management, tax management (VAT, corporate income tax, etc.), payroll reconciliations and bank reconciliations.
- Justify and review accounts.
- Assist with preparing tax packages.
- Assist with preparing statutory financial statements and supporting account documentation for external auditors.
- Collaborate with multiple departments and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including local and regional FSSC teams, Kering Houses, other Kering finance departments, internal and external auditors, and regulators.
Qualifications
- Currently studying at a business school, engineering school or university and seeking a final-year internship or gap-year placement.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Very good command of Excel.
- An initial experience in a finance or audit department is an advantage.
- Interest in financial analysis and strong summarization skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent adaptability.
- Ability to manage relationships with multiple stakeholders in a multicultural environment.
