Role & Responsibilities

  • Process supplier invoices, ensuring accurate receipt, verification, and recording in SAP via Esker.
  • Verify invoice compliance with purchase orders and receipts (3-way match).
  • Reconcile supplier accounts and manage follow-ups in case of discrepancies.
  • Participate in monthly and annual closing operations, including preparation and analysis of supplier account provisions.
  • Manage supplier payments and handle FEBAN processing, ensuring adherence to payment schedules.
  • Verify and control expense reports via Concur, ensuring compliance with internal policies.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in accounting, such as BTS Comptabilité et Gestion (CG) or DCG.
  • At least one year of experience in accounts payable, gained in a firm or company.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions like VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
  • Experience with SAP, Concur, and Esker is a significant advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
