Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee the accounting processes within the Record to Report (R2R) function.
- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of business tax system maintenance and bimonthly declarations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage the monthly closing cycle, ensuring timely and accurate MRP submissions.
- Conduct monthly balance sheet account reconciliations.
- Update Capex-related information monthly for closure.
- Perform intercompany transaction reconciliations for month-end closure.
- Provide support to team members and participate in ad hoc projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in the accounting field, with retail experience considered a plus.
