Kering seeks an Accountant — O2C in Shanghai to manage retail and e‑commerce reconciliations, cash application and lease accounting.
Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor daily sales income for Direct Operating Stores (DOS) and manage shopping card and VIP coupon settlements, ensuring compliance with company policy.
- Validate e‑commerce sales data and perform monthly reconciliations against acquirer statements and third‑party reports to ensure transaction integrity.
- Execute daily cash application and clearing via the BlackLine platform, maintaining accurate clearing account balances.
- Verify landlord rental statements against lease contracts and prepare payment applications in accordance with contractual terms.
- Reconcile Shop‑in‑Shop (SIS) sales with landlord statements, validate expense deductions per lease, and ensure timely issuance of VAT invoices.
- Administer customer store credit issuance and redemption, reconciling balances with landlords and retail stores.
- Track and validate landlords' input VAT invoices and compile output VAT details for the tax team.
- Collaborate proactively with brand teams and retail stores to resolve operational and financial issues independently.
- Undertake additional tasks and ad hoc projects as assigned by the line manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years’ hands‑on Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) experience, ideally within retail, luxury or FMCG in a multinational environment.
- Proven proficiency with SAP; practical experience with BlackLine is highly desirable.
- Strong command of English with excellent written and verbal communication skills for financial reporting and cross‑functional liaison.
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical aptitude and problem‑solving capability.
- Self‑motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced context.
- Experience with Hong Kong and Macau accounts receivable processes is an advantage.

3–5 years of relevant Order‑to‑Cash experience, preferably within retail, luxury or FMCG in a multinational setting. Practical exposure to Hong Kong and Macau AR processes is a plus.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
