Role & Responsibilities
- Perform matching of audited transactions against credit card acquirer transactions using BlackLine.
- Ensure accuracy in matching daily credit card fees, chargebacks, and write-offs from all credit card acquirers.
- Research and resolve discrepancies between audited transactions and credit card acquirer records.
- Review BlackLine exceptions and open tickets to address mapping issues.
- Conduct daily checks and balances of POS data against credit card acquirers and report issues to BlackLine Manager.
- Produce reconciliations for various GL accounts and review outstanding items.
- Perform monthly reconciliations for review with BlackLine Manager.
- Generate month-end listings of outstanding credit card fees, chargebacks, and write-offs for accrual determination.
Qualifications
- High School diploma required; college degree preferred.
- Experience in cashiering and accounting.
- Clear understanding of basic general ledger principles.

Compensation
$28 - $30 per hour plus incentives
