Role & Responsibilities

  • Perform matching of audited transactions against credit card acquirer transactions using BlackLine.
  • Ensure accuracy in matching daily credit card fees, chargebacks, and write-offs from all credit card acquirers.
  • Research and resolve discrepancies between audited transactions and credit card acquirer records.
  • Review BlackLine exceptions and open tickets to address mapping issues.
  • Conduct daily checks and balances of POS data against credit card acquirers and report issues to BlackLine Manager.
  • Produce reconciliations for various GL accounts and review outstanding items.
  • Perform monthly reconciliations for review with BlackLine Manager.
  • Generate month-end listings of outstanding credit card fees, chargebacks, and write-offs for accrual determination.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma required; college degree preferred.
  • Experience in cashiering and accounting.
  • Clear understanding of basic general ledger principles.

Skills

BlackLine SAP ReconNET Excel knowledge of formulas and pivot tables Strong organizational skills

Experience

Prior experience in accounting or cashiering with a clear understanding of general ledger principles is required.

Education

High School diploma required; college degree preferred.

Compensation

$28 - $30 per hour plus incentives
