Kering Accountant position in Dubai, UAE. Support financial operations and year-end close with GL reconciliation, fixed assets management, and regulatory compliance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Reconcile all general ledger accounts within Blackline and ensure all account balances are adequately supported
- Maintain, create, update, and monitor the fixed assets system along with executing manual depreciation runs
- Support accurate and timely monthly and year-end financial close procedures
- Oversee intercompany invoices and reconciliation, expenditures, inventory, assets, payroll, cutoff procedures, payments, and bank reconciliation
- Monitor compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), company procedures, and local UAE regulations
- Prepare monthly financial reports including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, receivables ageing reports, and payables/intercompany reports
- Analyze transactional processes and recommend opportunities for improved accuracy and operational efficiency
- Liaise with external and internal auditors to ensure smooth completion of audit assignments
- Prepare comprehensive work papers and supporting schedules as required by auditors
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting
- CA Inter or ACCA candidate status preferred
- Minimum five years of professional accounting experience in the UAE
- Audit background preferred

Education
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline. CA Inter or ACCA candidacy is preferred.
