Role & Responsibilities

• Coordinate physical and digital showroom organization, including appointment scheduling with buyers and strategic partners
• Develop and customize training materials and educational resources for key account partners ahead of collection launches
• Manage distribution of marketing toolkits and visual merchandising guidelines to wholesale partners in alignment with central marketing teams
• Optimize and maintain the EMEAA client database while standardizing travel report templates for Area Managers
• Process and fulfill sample requests for strategic partners across the EMEAA region
• Provide proactive operational support to Area Managers, particularly during travel periods and urgent situations
• Update and consolidate client portfolios, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility across the commercial team

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a business school, university, or fashion institute (equivalent to Bac+4/5 or higher)
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluent English proficiency essential for daily communication with international EMEAA partners
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Proactive mindset with high adaptability to seasonal business cycles and frequent travel requirements

Entry-level or no prior professional experience; internship candidates with retail, luxury, or B2B commerce exposure preferred but not required.

Education

Minimum Bac+4 or Bac+5 (master's level preferred) from a business school, university, or specialized fashion institute.
