KENZO Store Manager position in Shenyang, China. Lead luxury retail operations at Wanxiang City boutique with focus on sales, team leadership, and brand excellence.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive sales performance and maximize revenue through daily monitoring of key performance indicators and sales results
  • Set daily targets during morning briefings and develop action plans to achieve monthly and annual goals
  • Strengthen team sales capabilities and motivate staff to exceed targets
  • Provide qualitative and forward-looking feedback on products and visual merchandising to headquarters
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure consistent adherence to brand guidelines
  • Lead by example in personal presentation and ensure the team upholds uniform and grooming standards
  • Serve as brand ambassador and develop market intelligence networks within the city
  • Monitor competitive landscape, new retail openings, and upcoming market projects
