Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales and profitability for the Malaga Outlet through targeted business analysis, action plans and commercial operations.
- Develop and nurture the local client base through personalised clienteling, events and partnerships with personal shoppers and stylists.
- Recruit, develop and retain talent by implementing individual development plans, regular one-to-ones, coaching and performance reviews.
- Lead by example to uphold brand standards across visual merchandising, store presentation, maintenance and customer experience.
- Analyse KPIs and selling reports to identify trends, opportunities and corrective actions; communicate accurate reporting to HQ.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, Store HandBook procedures, safety protocols and CSR requirements; propose process improvements to increase efficiency.
- Foster an entrepreneurial, solution-oriented environment and maintain effective internal networks to support store performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years' experience in luxury retail, including at least two years of direct people management.
- Proven track record in client development and delivering outstanding customer interactions.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse sales reports and KPIs to drive commercial decisions.
- Strong verbal and written communication, organisational skills and coaching capability.
- Availability and flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Experience
Minimum three years' experience in a luxury retail environment with at least two years of direct people management. Proven experience driving sales through clienteling, KPI-led decision making and leading teams in fast-changing retail contexts.
Education
High school diploma required; bachelor's degree or equivalent in fashion, business, retail management or a related field preferred.
