Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive business development and maximize sales results by monitoring key performance indicators and setting daily goals.
  • Develop action plans to achieve monthly and annual targets while enhancing team sales skills.
  • Motivate the team to reach objectives and communicate qualitative feedback to headquarters regarding products and visual merchandising.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and act as a brand ambassador, establishing networks in the market.
  • Manage store operations at an exceptional level, including inventory and cash management, and ensure store cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Recruit and onboard staff, fostering team spirit and encouraging performance and initiative.
  • Define development plans for team members and discuss employee development with HR.
  • Cultivate long-term customer relationships through qualitative customer experiences and data accuracy.
  • Train and empower the team to build customer loyalty and recruit new clients through personalized relationships.

Qualifications

  • Over 8 years of experience in the luxury fashion retail industry, with at least 3 years in a management role.
  • Strong product and material knowledge.
  • Good understanding and passion for the Kenzo brand.
  • Excellent management and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including Windows, word processing, and spreadsheets.
  • Proficiency in English is preferred.
