Kenzo Stockist (part-time) in Malaga, Spain — join Kenzo to manage inventory, receiving and stockroom operations for the fashion maison.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, unpack, sort, check, label and store incoming merchandise according to House standards.
- Manage all incoming and outgoing stock flows within the dedicated inventory/ERP application.
- Anticipate and plan deliveries in coordination with the line manager and sales teams.
- Organise and maintain stockroom cleanliness, order and safety compliance.
- Prepare restocking for the sales floor and support merchandising replenishment.
- Execute weekly rolling inventories and semi-annual tax inventories; propose and follow up on action plans to reduce shrinkage.
- Collaborate with sales teams to optimise stock levels and improve store organisation.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated initiative and ability to process high volumes of goods efficiently.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and numerical accuracy for inventory tasks.
- Rigor, adaptability and a proactive approach to problem solving.
- Capacity to work collaboratively with retail teams and follow operational procedures.
- Availability to work retail hours; flexibility for peak periods and store needs.

Entry-level. No prior professional experience required, although previous exposure to retail stockroom, logistics or inventory tasks is advantageous.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma) or equivalent.
