Kenzo in Paris seeks a Senior Talent Manager to lead talent development, succession and internal mobility within the Maison's HR team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Co-lead the Maison implementation of the Group's "People at Heart" initiatives, including deployment and animation of the Career Compass.
- Conduct Organization & Management Reviews (OMR) to identify key talents and critical positions, and define succession strategies to secure leadership continuity.
- Design and implement the Talent Development roadmap for the Maison with a focus on leadership and management development across talent segments.
- Manage internal mobility end-to-end: act as the central contact for inbound/outbound moves and coordinate with Division and Group mobility committees.
- Lead nominations and candidate selection for LVMH HOUSE programmes and collaborate with the Fashion Group to align learning allocations.
- Partner with regional HR teams to harmonize learning offerings and provide best-in-class development opportunities.
- Animate and support the local HR team on Group HR priorities (performance review campaigns, talent identification, reporting).
- Represent the Maison in Group/Division projects, ensure two‑way communication of priorities and best practices, and build cross‑functional networks.
- Map, evaluate and maintain knowledge of high-potential profiles in the fashion sector, and develop external partnerships and networks to attract top talent.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' experience in human resources with demonstrable experience in talent development or talent management.
- Proven ability to design and drive talent, succession and mobility programmes within complex, matrixed organisations.
- Strong project management skills with autonomy to lead projects end-to-end and influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience working in international and multicultural environments; able to collaborate across regions and functions.
- Excellent written and spoken English; ability to communicate clearly with global stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with capability to synthesize HR data to inform talent decisions.
- Experience in training facilitation and learning design.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years in HR with significant, hands-on experience in talent development, succession planning and internal mobility within international or matrix organisations.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or a related field; master's degree or advanced HR certification preferred.
