Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators, contributing to the implementation of store action plans.
- Provide qualitative feedback to managers and understand the local competitive landscape, including best practices and best-sellers.
- Master the sales ceremony from greeting to after-sales service, with comprehensive knowledge of product storytelling and information.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through data collection, thank-you cards, and invitations.
- Establish connections with personal shoppers, stylists, and concierge services.
- Demonstrate teamwork by supporting colleagues, especially new hires, and ensuring business continuity through autonomy and commitment.
- Embody the Kenzo brand as an ambassador, maintaining store standards and developing a deep understanding of fashion trends and competitors.
- Adhere to uniform and grooming guidelines, adapting to each client's profile in both local language and English.
- Exhibit impeccable etiquette and a positive attitude at all times.
- Master and comply with all procedures as per the Store Handbook and local regulations, suggesting improvements for efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience.
- Excellent fashion industry knowledge.
