Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales goals.
  • Uphold brand values in customer interactions and sales team coaching.
  • Cultivate lasting client relationships to enhance retention.
  • Maintain a comprehensive client book to support client engagement.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Efficiently manage inventory and anticipate merchandise needs.
  • Ensure all merchandise is properly ticketed and organized.
  • Support visual merchandising and operational needs.
  • Oversee client delivery processes and resolve delivery issues.
  • Perform store opening and closing procedures in management's absence.
  • Assist in resolving client situations and coaching sales staff.
  • Collaborate with management on stock, merchandising, and product knowledge.
  • Support inventory preparation and cycle counts.
  • Coordinate with management on replenishment and product feedback.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail sales.
  • Experience with European or luxury brands preferred.
  • Proven ability to drive positive customer interactions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years in luxury retail sales, with a preference for experience with European or luxury brands.

Compensation

$19-$22 hourly, dependent on skills and experience.
