Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and provide personalized guidance to both local and international clientele, ensuring a positive store environment
- Showcase the KENZO Paris universe and highlight the maison's products and craftsmanship
- Process sales transactions with confidence and professionalism while maintaining strong client relationships
- Contribute to revenue growth and achievement of quantitative and qualitative sales targets
- Support store operations including visual merchandising, stock transfers, and inventory management
- Adhere to internal processes and store standards, including dress code and management directives
- Actively develop product knowledge and stay informed of current fashion trends
- Build and cultivate a loyal client base through the development of long-term relationships
Qualifications
