Kenzo seeks a Part-time Sales Consultant in Bicester, UK. Join Kenzo to deliver luxury clienteling, drive sales and maintain store standards.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador, welcoming clients and delivering a seamless, personalised luxury retail experience.
- Build and maintain client relationships through active listening, product advice and follow-up to grow a personal client book.
- Drive sales by identifying opportunities for complementary products and confidently processing transactions.
- Capture and update client information in the CRM to support clienteling and post‑sale engagement.
- Maintain store standards including stock control and adherence to visual merchandising guidelines to protect the Kenzo image.
- Adhere to store behavioural standards and presentation/dress code as set by the Store Manager.
- Proactively expand product knowledge and market awareness through in‑store training and trend monitoring.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years’ experience in retail sales, preferably within luxury or premium fashion.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets while prioritising client experience.
- Excellent personal presentation and the capacity to represent Kenzo’s brand codes.
- Strong understanding of retail KPIs and basic stock-control procedures.
- Customer-centric mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in retail sales, ideally within luxury or premium fashion environments, with a demonstrable record of client acquisition and target achievement.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational retail or luxury sales training preferred.
